Moments ago, Nicole just got served her first jail sentence, a four day stay at the "deluxe" county prison of LA. She was to be served 5, but got credit for doing six hours after she got busted..

better still, she too got fined $2,048, ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course and will serve a three years probation.

Her time in jail should be served by 28 september 2007...

By the by, she is expected to give birth on around January..
